Job Summary:
We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles. Your excellent communication skills and knowledge of automotive parts will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate parts recommendations
- Assist customers in locating and ordering parts for their vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls and providing information
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to assist customers who speak different languages
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs and maintenance
- Organize and maintain the parts department to ensure a clean and efficient workspace
- Assist with receiving shipments, inspecting parts for quality, and processing returns
- Use computer systems, including Excel, to track inventory, generate reports, and manage orders
Experience:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts role is a must
- Bilingual skills are a plus, as you may need to assist customers who speak different languages
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Excel, for inventory management

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
